Contest Overview
- Theme: Haunted campsite – Create a chilling haunted campsite masterpiece! Unleash your creativity with eerie pumpkins, ghostly decorations, and spine-tingling props to craft a spooky outdoor haven that captures the spirit of Halloween!
- Eligibility: All Waldenwoods members camping during Halloween weekend.
Prizes
- 1st Place: 2026 Annual Club Fee (ACF) fully paid!
- 2nd Place: $300 Amazon gift card.
- 3rd Place: $100 Black Rock gift card
How It Works
- Register: Enter Contest - Scroll down to enter and complete form
- Decorate Campsite: Create a haunted campsite for Halloween weekend.
- Judging: Waldenwoods Staff will select top 10 sites by Oct 11th, 5:00 PM.
- Notification: Waldenwoods will notify the Top 10 campsites via text by Oct 11th, 6:00 PM.
- Submit Video: Finalists must submit up to a 90-second video (link will be provided) showcasing their decorated campsite by Oct 11th, midnight.
- Vote: Waldenwoods will upload all 10 videos (10 different-posts) to our Facebook Page. Top 3 campsites with the most likes by Oct 19th, 9:00 PM, WILL WIN!
Rules

- Follow safety guidelines; no controversial themes.
- Top 10 campsite videos can be a max of 90 seconds, showcasing your halloween decorated campsite!
- Video submissions will be uploaded to Waldenwoods Facebook page.
