Transferring your Waldenwoods membership is quite simple and can be organized digitally via email by utilizing DocuSign to complete all necessary contracts. To sell/transfer your Waldenwoods membership, please complete the form below. Once you submit the Transfer Form, we will review and begin the transfer process.

Important Notes

• If adding a spouse/significant other, provide all details in the form for transfer contract adjustments.
• Sellers must gather all necessary information and settle outstanding loans, invoices, and ACFs via the Member Portal or Member Services.
• Transferred memberships default to a "Transfer Basic Camping Membership Addendum".
• Upon Transfer, the ACF Transfer Rate will default to $895.00 variable/year or 10% above the current members' ACF, whichever is greater. (ACF subject to change each year)
• Buyers must not have toured with the Sales Office in the past 2 years.
• Current members must be expired for 2 years to be eligible.
• Buyers must pass a soft background check to maintain safety standards.

Once DocuSign contracts are completed, we’ll schedule a buyer orientation to cover membership attributes, Member Portal access, transfer fee payment, and Welcome Packet collection.
