Maintenance Staff Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the resort in good repair, safely, while demonstrating continuous improvement.

Follow established fire safety policies and procedures.

Monitor and maintain maintenance supplies and equipment.

Perform routine maintenance and repair on resort and banquet buildings, facilities, and equipment including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work.
