Transfer Your Waldenwoods Membership
Simple and secure transfer process using DocuSign.

Transferring your Waldenwoods membership is quite simple and can be organized digitally via email by utilizing DocuSign to complete all necessary contracts. To sell/transfer your Waldenwoods membership, please complete the form below. Once you submit the Transfer Form, we will review and begin the transfer process.
Important Notes
- If adding a spouse/significant other, provide all details in the form for transfer contract adjustments.
- Sellers must gather all necessary information and settle outstanding loans, invoices, and ACFs via the Member Portal or Member Services.
- Transferred memberships default to a “Transfer Basic Camping Membership Addendum”.
- Buyers must not have toured with the Sales Office in the past 2 years.
- Current members must be expired for 2 years to be eligible.
- Buyers must pass a soft background check to maintain safety standards.
Once DocuSign contracts are completed, we’ll schedule a buyer orientation to cover membership attributes, Member Portal access, transfer fee payment, and Welcome Packet collection.
